Keyboard Shortcuts

Every keyboard shortcut for modes, playback, files, the node graph, and previewing.

Press ? in the app to open the shortcuts panel at any time.

⌘ is shown for macOS; use Ctrl on Windows and Linux.

With a Surface, Particle, or Cloner node selected, R is the 3D gizmo's Rotate key. Use ⇧R to make a region instead.

Base subnetworks

Scrolling in past full zoom over a Base also enters it; scrolling out past minimum zoom leaves it.

Reaction Diffusion and FluidSIM

KClear the Reaction Diffusion simulation
EReset and clear the fluid
SFluid splats
[ / ]Brush size

particleDRAW

KeyAction
EReset — kill every particle and clear the canvas
FFreeze or slow every particle, per F Key Mode
[ / ]Brush size (hold ⇧ for a larger step)

These find the particleDRAW node from the selection, the Output node, or upstream of either.
